SPECIALIZATION:
Dr. Varady is a generalist who treats many different types of problems in adult and
adolescent patients. Additionally, she specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety,
eating concerns, relationship difficulties, women's issues (such as postpartum depression,
role changes over the lifetime, pregnancy/infertility, etc), weight loss, and athletic
performance enhancement. Dr. Varady enjoys working with young adults (mid-teens
through twenties), as well as younger teens and adults of all ages. With her clients'
permission, she works closely with other treatment providers such as psychiatrists, primary
care doctors, nutritionists, etc. Please see the "psychological services" and "links &
